Dynamic balance is one of the most important factors in sports performances. The aim of the present study is to make a comparison between the effects of the FIFA 11+ warm-up program and the traditional warm-up on the dynamic balance of non-athletic girls. The dynamic balance of thirty-five non-athletic girls was evaluated through the star excursion balance test (SEBT) before and after the FIFA 11+ and traditional warm-up programs. An independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test were used for the statistical analysis of the data; the significance level equaled 0.05.The results of the study were indicative of a statistically higher reach distance in the FIFA 11+ warm-up program compared to the traditional program (P= 0.049). Also, no meaningful difference was seen between the two methods of warm-up in the other directions of the star excursion balance test in terms of reach distance amounts. The results of the study showed that the FIFA 11+ warm-up program, compared to the traditional warm-up program, was more effective in the improvement of dynamic balance.
